Owedable Website Terms of Service

These terms govern use of owedable.com and the Owedable web application. Clients who create an account are also bound by the Client Agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
1. Who we are. Owedable, operated during its pilot period by its founders trading as Owedable and to be incorporated as Owedable, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, before any paid service begins. Contact: legal@owedable.com.
2. What the site offers. Information about Owedable's accounts-receivable automation software, a free estimate calculator, and account sign-up. The calculator gives an estimate based on stated assumptions and is not a promise of results.
3. Eligibility. The Service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business you sign up for.
4. Accounts. Sign-in is by emailed link. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful, misleading or abusive use; no interference with the site; no scraping; no attempts to access other accounts.
6. Intellectual property. The site, software, templates and brand are Owedable's. You receive a limited licence to use them as part of the Service. Your data stays yours.
7. Third-party services. Connections to QuickBooks, Xero, Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Stripe are governed by those providers' terms as well.
8. Disclaimers and liability. The site is provided "as is". Owedable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for the site is limited to $100; liability under the Client Agreement is set out there.
9. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
